Patriot Awarded Contract to Deliver Military Funeral Honors and Survivor Outreach Services

Alexandria, VA, February 2026

Patriot Enterprises, LLC has been awarded a fouryear contract under the U.S. Army HR Solutions program to provide Military Funeral Honors (MFH) and Survivor Outreach Services (SOS) support for the Army National Guard.

Under this award, Patriot will deliver critical services supporting the execution of dignified military funeral honors ceremonies and providing compassionate outreach to families and survivors. These efforts support applicable Army service components and reinforce the Army’s commitment to honoring service members and caring for their families.

This award reflects Patriot’s continued role in delivering missionaligned services that strengthen readiness, program execution, and support military communities nationwide.

2024 & 2025 Finalist

Patriot Enterprises was a finalist in the 2024 and 2025 Moxie Awards.  This prestigious award recognizes organizations based in the DC-metro area for their Boldness in Business.  As a finalist or winner, this is reflective of companies that are perceived as innovative, fearless and willing to embrace risks to achieve their goals.

Patriot was selected as a Military Times Best for Vets: Employers for 2025. Each year, Military Times surveys hundreds of companies and organizations nationwide. The methodology evaluates recruitment and onboarding practices, retention and career advancement programs, and support for veterans and military spouses. Responses are verified and scored to ensure a rigorous, unbiased ranking.

Partnership

The DOD Military spouse employment sponsorship program, known as Military Spouse Preference (MSP) program, offers priority consideration for spouses of active-duty military members when applying for federal jobs.  The program provides priority placement for spouses in competitive service position, ensuring they are selected before other candidates.
